Welcome to Woodseaves Methodist Church.

Our aim is to glorify God, by following Jesus, showing His caring love and serving the community in the power of the Holy Spirit.

Open participation in Sunday morning worship at 11.00am. Services are very varied as there is a different Preacher each week. Often the worship is vibrant and lively with modern music and free expression; sometimes it is reflective, peaceful, contemplative and prayerful. Some services may be traditional, others arranged especially for young people and families, but all are God centred and Bible based. Each month there is a service of Holy Communion usually led by our Minister.

Definitely outgoing! – activities include: Prayer, Praise and Worship alternating with Bible Study, Monday; Young People’s Christian Group, Tuesday; Junior & Senior Youth Clubs, Wednesday; A Parent/Toddler Session, Thursday – this is a joint project with our Anglican friends. You are also welcome to come and join us at our Over 55’s Sunday Lunch, free of charge, for more information contact the circuit office on 01785 229973.

Serving our community – loving them as Jesus, our Lord and Saviour, loves us.

Enthusiastic in our giving. We support with prayer and gifts various charitable organisations.

Always there with God’s loving care. In addition to our members we have the services of a Care Assistant who is willing to give her time to those in special need.

Valued – all are special in the sight of our Heavenly Father, and every person’s gifts and skills are used and valued.
