Communion is shared once a month in a morning or afternoon service and we hold a 9 am communion followed at 9:30 with a light breakfast on the fourth Sunday of every month.
All are welcome.
At Berkswich as in every Methodist Church we operate an Open Table which means that all who love Jesus, or want to love him are welcome to receive the bread and the wine.
When we share Communion we remember the Last Supper that Jesus had with his disciples and gave instructions to eat bread and drink wine in remembrance of him.
At Berkswich we use gluten free bread and red grape juice.
