In Methodist terms, we are quite a small circuit. We are a family of 9 worshipping communities that are situated in town centres, small villages or rural hamlets. We are also part of the wider families of the West Midlands Methodist District and the Methodist Church of Great Britain .
As a community of congregations across the Stafford, Stone and surrounding areas, we’re committed to seeing life experienced to the fullest it can be. Our Circuit Mission Strategy provides a way for God’s mission, as we have come to understand it, to be resourced and affirmed across the Circuit. The document is not asking churches to “do more” but to reflect on how best we can support and work alongside the God who is already at work with us and in our communities, enabling others to catch a glimpse of how amazing God is, and support churches in providing safe, affirming, inclusive and growing places of mission and worship.
