Easter Offering
LP Long Service

The Circuit gathered on a beautiful May afternoon at Walton Community Centre. We gathered to share in the Methodist Women in Britain Easter Offering Service which was led by women from the various churches of the circuit. It was moving to hear the stories of mission partners overseas and to reflect on the theme Seek Peace and Pursue It. We also took the opportunity to mark the service of 5 local preachers', who service totals 170 years!

The Revd Shirley Miller presided at Communion, and we took the opportunity to thank Shirley for her ministry amongst the circuit before she goes on sabbatical and leaves us in the summer.

It was great to share in fellowship across the circuit with a good selection of cakes and biscuits at the conclusion of the service.
